14-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 14-day return and replacement period from the date your order is delivered.
Eligible for Return:
1. Defective or damaged product received
2. Wrong product delivered
3. Product not matching the website description
Not Eligible for Return:
1. Change of mind after opening and using the product
2. Product damaged by customer
3. Return request after 14 days
How to Return - COD Orders
To start a return, contact us within 14 days on WhatsApp with your order details + unboxing video.
Our team will arrange rider pickup.
Return Charges:
1. Defective/Wrong Item: FREE pickup + FREE replacement or full refund
2. Change of Mind: Customer will pay return delivery charges Rs. 300
Refund Process for COD
1. For defective items: Full refund via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank Transfer within 3-5 working days
2. For replacement: New product will be shipped within 2-3 days, FREE
Note: Cash refunds are not given to the rider.
Important: Please check your parcel in front of the rider before payment.
