All orders are Cash on Delivery COD. No advance payment required.
You agree to pay the full amount to the delivery rider upon receiving your order.

3. Order Cancellation & Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or incorrect information.
Customer must accept the parcel when delivered. Repeated refusal without valid reason may lead to blacklisting from future COD orders.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, address, and phone number.
Vantixo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to wrong or incomplete information.
5. Returns & Refunds
All returns are subject to our 14-Day Return & Replacement Policy.
